Picaro Guacamole
You've made it! Here are the six steps to make our famous house made guacamole in your own kitchen. It'll take about 10 minutes to make, which is the same amount of time it takes for us to devour at our restaurant. Try this with any of your favourite recipes, from tortilla chips and toast to tacos and burgers.

Ingredients
½ a small white onion
1-2 fresh jalapeno
3 ripe avocados
1 bunch of fresh cilantro
3 limes
Salt & pepper, to taste
Method
Fine dice onion & jalapeno and set aside (deseed jalapeno for less heat).
Destone the avocados and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl and lightly mash with a fork.
Rough chop cilantro, then add to bowl with avocado, along with onion & jalapeno.
Roll limes on cutting board to loosen, cut in half and squeeze over mixture.
Use salt & pepper to taste, and lightly mix all ingredients until combined. Note: Don’t overmix – if you cannot see the different shades of green in the avocado you have gone too far!
Serve with tortilla chips, or use on tacos.
