Smoke Show Cocktail

PREP TIME: 3 mins (not including making syrup)

SERVINGS: 1 serving

Ingredients

●      1.5oz mezcal

●      .5oz triple sec

●      .75 lime

●      .25 raspberry lime syrup: 500g raspberry puree (from frozen or fresh), 3oz maple syrup, 5oz lime juice, 1C water

●      2-3 dash of spiced bitters (we recommend Aztec chocolate bitters, which have notes of sweet milk chocolate and hints of warm spice)

Directions

  1. Add mezcal, triple sec, lime, and syrup to cocktail shaker.

  2. Shake with ice.

  3. Strain into rocks glass over ice cubes.

  4. Top with bitters.

  5. Garnish with a lime wheel.
